Meet Our CEO And Founder Monica Hernandez
Software Engineer To Founder & CEO Of An Award-Winning Fast-Growing Company.
Born in Colombia, Monica moved to the USA at 21 after earning a software engineering degree in Colombia, thanks to a full academic scholarship that transformed her life.
She began her IT career in Texas, gaining experience with custom application development and digital modernization initiatives. She later worked as a Consultant for Oracle, where she traveled across the US and Europe, leading enterprise-scale global projects.
Her humble beginnings and immigration to the US compelled her to create MAS Global. The Florida-based company is a mid-size Agile software development and IT services firm with a nearshore development hub in Medellín, Colombia, team members in four countries, and Fortune 500 clients.
